The United States sought to revoke Nashida Mushtaq's passport and begin removal proceedings because she did not have a valid immigrant visa. Mushtaq applied for a § 212(k) waiver, but the immigration judge ("IJ") denied the application, and the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") affirmed. We deny Mushtaq's petition for review.
