In October 2007, based on information from a confidential informant, police officers obtained and executed a search warrant for Duricco Johnson's apartment, where they found drugs, handguns, and ammunition. Johnson was arrested and charged in a three-count indictment on October 16, 2007. He later pled guilty to two of the counts, and the district court sentenced him to sixty months' imprisonment after reducing the sentence for his substantial...
