Lela Ciciora slipped on ice outside the Burrito Jalisco restaurant and sued the defendants CCAA, Inc., doing business as Burrito Jalisco ("Burrito Jalisco"), and Bridgeview Bank Group, Trust 13137 ("Bridgeview"), for her resulting injuries. Bridgeview owns the premises on which Ciciora fell, and Burrito Jalisco leases the property from Bridgeview.
