Petitioner Sarai Martinez King, a native and citizen of Mexico, seeks review of a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA" or "Board") affirming an immigration judge's ("IJ") order that she be removed and deported to Mexico. Because sufficient evidence supports the IJ's ruling that petitioner entered into a fraudulent marriage for the purpose of gaining lawful admission to the United States, we deny her petition...
