Seven police officers and other unnamed plaintiffs ("Plaintiffs") currently or formerly employed by the Woodbury County Sheriff's Department (the "Sheriff's Department") filed suit against Woodbury County (the "County") for its alleged failure to pay overtime compensation in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-19.
