Constantina Ramirez Mota, a native and citizen of Mexico, petitions for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") affirming an immigration judge's decision that she is ineligible for cancellation of removal due to her conviction for inflicting injury upon a child, in violation of California Penal Code § 273d.
