Levy appeals from a final judgment entered by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida after a bench trial, finding him liable for multiple acts of solicitation fraud in violation of Section 4c(b) of the Commodity Exchange Act ("CEA"), 7 U.S.C. § 6c(b) (2000),1 and imposing various sanctions against him.
