Petitioner Melvin Schwechter agreed to a lump-sum settlement of a workers' compensation claim against his employer, intervenor Baker & Hostetler, LLP. He challenges an order of the Compensation Review Board (CRB) affirming the denial of his application to modify the settlement. We affirm.
