BLT Burger DC, LLC (Tenant) appeals an award of damages to Norvin 1301 CT, LLC (Landlord) totaling $158,542 in unpaid rent, taxes, and insurance, and an additional $5.7 million in diminished value of the property that Tenant leased but abandoned after a dispute erupted over the parties' respective responsibilities.
