Following trial on the complaint of appellee, Jenine Abboushi, for sole legal and physical custody of her minor son, the trial court ordered appellant, Sion Assidon, to pay appellee $10,000 in attorney's fees. Appellant challenges the award, arguing (1) that the court erred by awarding attorney's fees without legal authority and (2) that the court abused its discretion in awarding attorney's fees on the circumstances of this case.
