The plaintiff, Saint Bernard School of Montville, Inc., commenced this action against the defendant, Bank of America, after the defendant refused the plaintiff's demand to return more than $800,000 that one of the plaintiff's employees had obtained as a result of the defendant's actions permitting that employee to open a bank account that the plaintiff had not authorized, and to deposit into that account more than 1200 checks originating from, or intended...
