The petitioner, Marquis Jackson, appeals from the judgment of the habeas court denying his amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On appeal, the petitioner claims that the habeas court erred in (1) denying his ineffective assistance of counsel claim; (2) denying his actual innocence claim and applying an incorrect legal standard in doing so; (3) denying his due process claim; and (4) refusing to accept his withdrawal of his petition without prejudice...
