Windham, the defendant for purposes of that appeal, appeals from the judgment of the trial court confirming an arbitration award rendered in favor of the plaintiff, Doctor's Associates, Inc., the owner of the Subway franchise system (Subway), and he also appeals from the judgment of the court denying his motion to dismiss Subway's prejudgment remedy application.
