BORDEN, J.
In this habeas corpus appeal, the petitioner, Allen S. Alterisi, appeals from the judgment of the habeas court denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus that was based on claims of ineffective assistance of appellate and prior habeas counsel. He claims that the habeas court improperly concluded that he had not established either claim. We affirm the judgment of the habeas court.
