In this workers' compensation matter, the plaintiff, Sixto Sierra, appeals from the decision of the workers' compensation review board (board), which affirmed the decision of the workers' compensation commissioner for the first district (commissioner) dismissing his claim for permanent partial disability benefits for 50 percent of the lumbar spine based on the impairment to his abdominal wall. We affirm the decision of the board.
