The plaintiffs, Michael E. Greci and Margaret A. Greci, brought an action against the defendant, Thomas J. Parks, for injuries they claimed they sustained as the result of an automobile accident caused by the defendant's negligence. The case was tried to the jury, which returned a plaintiff's verdict in favor of Michael Greci and a defendant's verdict with respect to the claim of Margaret Greci.
