OPINION

Brian Ranger fell while stepping from a dock to a boat. He sued his employer—a yacht club in Long Beach—under federal admiralty law. The state trial court correctly sustained the club's demurrer. Congress's 1984 legislation remitted Ranger to the exclusivity of workers' compensation.
