INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff David S.N. Aflleje (plaintiff or Aflleje) appeals a judgment of dismissal entered following an order by the trial court sustaining the demurrer of defendant Homesales, Inc. (defendant or Homesales) to plaintiff's complaint without leave to amend. We affirm.
