Richard E. Quintilone II (appellant) appeals from judgments dismissing his action against Joseph H. Low IV (Low) and Steven R. Young (Young) (collectively respondents) pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 425.16, subdivision (b).1 We affirm.
