OPINION

RAMIREZ, P. J.

Defendant and appellant Daniel Michael Arnold appeals following a guilty plea. He argues the trial court erred by not asking him whether he wanted to be represented by an attorney at the time of sentencing. Defendant also contends the court miscalculated his presentence custody credits under Penal Code section 4019.1 We affirm.
