Defendant Takashi Yamada appeals an order denying his motion to disqualify counsel for plaintiff Aion International, Inc. (Aion). We affirm. There is substantial evidence supporting the court's finding that the law firm of Callahan & Blaine never formed an attorney-client relationship with, or received confidential information from, Yamada or the other defendants in the action.
