Defendant Richard Rodriguez and his brother, Ruben, attacked Albert Gutierrez at a party. Defendant stabbed Gutierrez four times in the leg. When another partygoer, Emmanuel Hernandez, tried to intervene, defendant stabbed him in the leg.
