Currently before the Court is a motion to dismiss this Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1112(b) (the "Motion"). The Court has jurisdiction via 28 U.S.C. §§ 157(a), (b)(1), (b)(2)(A) and 1334(b).1
