Dana Gross seeks a declaration that the amounts owed by Jeffrey and Kendra Osborne are nondischargeable under § 523(a)(2)(A) and § 523(a)(6).1 The Osbornes seek to avoid Gross's liens on their real property under § 522(f)(1)(A) or § 547(b).
