By its complaint in the adversary proceeding, plaintiff Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc. ("Morgan Keegan") seeks a determination that a debt owed to it by defendant and chapter 7-debtor Diana Swan ("Ms. Swan") is excepted from discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B) as a debt arising from a materially false financial statement.
