AMENDED MEMORANDUM OPINION

Hector and Ana Briseno (the "Debtors") commenced the above-captioned adversary proceedings by filing two complaints under § 506(a) and Rule 3012 to determine the value of two pieces of real property they own in Chicago, one located at 4731 South Wood Street (the "4731 Property") and the other at 4750 South Wood Street (the "4750 Property").
