This matter comes before the court following trial on the complaint filed by Zenon Rutkowski against Jerzy Adas. In his complaint, Rutkowski seeks a finding that Adas' debt to him is nondischargeable under both 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A) and (a)(4).
