Introduction

The Plaintiff/Debtor husband has filed suit against Sallie Mae Services, Inc. (Sallie Mae) to discharge a student loan. Sallie Mae has filed a motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Briefs were filed and oral argument was heard on February 27, 2013. The Court thereafter took the matter under advisement. For the reasons which follow, the Complaint will be dismissed...
