On March 10, 2010, Powers Lake Construction Co. (the "Debtor") filed a petition under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. The Chapter 11 reorganization did not succeed, and on December 16, 2010, the Debtor's case was converted to Chapter 7. Steven McDonald is the duly appointed and acting Chapter 7 Trustee.
