Before the Court is the Complaint for Avoidance of Fraudulent Transfer and Recovery of Property, filed by the chapter 7 trustee, Theo D. Mann (hereinafter the "Plaintiff"), against Betty Brown (hereinafter the "Defendant"). This matter constitutes a core proceeding, over which this Court has subject matter jurisdiction.
