This is an appeal from the bankruptcy court's order granting summary judgment to Kurt Dantone and Carol Dantone ("Plaintiffs") on their claim that the debt owed to them by Susan Dantone ("Debtor") is nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4).
