Donald Cox ("Cox") appeals from a bankruptcy court judgment ("the Judgment") entered in favor of the debtor, Richard A. Villani ("Villani"), on Cox's complaint objecting to his discharge under § 727(a)(2)(A).1 For the reasons discussed below, we REVERSE the Judgment.
