The matter before the Court is a Complaint Objecting to Dischargeability of Debt Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523 ("Complaint"). Bridget Gaussa ("Plaintiff") contends that the debt resulting from two loans she made to Richard Crawford ("Debtor") is nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2), (4) and/or (6).
