This matter came before the Court on the Complaint of Data Mountain Solutions, Inc. ("DMS") and Derek McUmber to determine the dischargeability of certain debts owed to them by the Debtor, Mr. Giordano, as of the date of the filing of Mr. Giordano's bankruptcy petition.
