INTRODUCTION

The Debtors in this Chapter 7 case are husband and wife. The Debtor wife claimed an exemption in a 2008 Chevrolet Equinox. The Trustee objected to the exemption because the Equinox is titled to the Debtor husband, not to the Debtor wife.
