This memorandum opinion resolves four separate adversary proceedings. In each proceeding, the Distribution Trustee under Apex Long Term Acute Care—Katy, L.P.'s confirmed bankruptcy plan sued for avoidance of preferential transfers under § 547 of the Bankruptcy Code.
