R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) claiming that the Complaint's factual allegations are insufficient and that Section 362(b)(3) of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 362(b)(3), provides an exception to the automatic stay to perfect or continue to perfect an interest in property pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 546(b)....
