The Plaintiff, Van Daele Bros., Inc., appeals the order of the bankruptcy court1 determining that debt owed to it by Debtor Jeffrey Thoms is not excepted from discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6). For the reasons stated below, we affirm the bankruptcy court's decision.
