MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Plaintiff IBD, Inc., and Defendant/Debtor Thomas Scott Jenkins both seek summary judgment in this proceeding to determine the dischargeability of a debt under 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(4) and (a)(6). Plaintiff's motion is granted. Defendant's motion is denied.
