This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Spehar Capital, LLC ("Spehar") for sanctions and fees against David E. Grochocinski, the Chapter 7 trustee (the "Trustee") of the bankruptcy estate of CMGT, Inc. ("CMGT"), and his attorneys, Grochocinski, Grochocinski & Lloyd (the "Firm").
