This adversary proceeding was tried on March 16 and 18, 2011. Robert E. Price appeared on behalf of Everett B. Saslow, the Chapter 7 Trustee (the "Trustee"), and Michael D. West, the United State Bankruptcy Administrator (collectively, the "Plaintiffs"). The defendant, who is the above-referenced debtor, Joshua David Michael (the "Debtor"), appeared pro se.1
