This matter is before the Court after trial on the complaint filed by the Trustee, Charles E. Covey (TRUSTEE), against Nash Crane Service, Inc. (NASH), to avoid and recover as preferences two payments received by NASH from the Debtor, Pierce Development Corporation (DEBTOR).
