Before the Court is the Debtors' Motion under Rule 60(b)(6) for relief from an Order of the District Court which stayed this adversary and granted Nova Hut's motion to compel arbitration. The Motion is opposed by Nova Hut's successor, Arcelor-Mittal Ostrava (referred to herein as "Nova Hut"). For the reasons discussed below...
