This cause comes before the Court after a Trial on the Plaintiffs' Complaint to Determine Dischargeability. For their complaint, the Plaintiffs rely on 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6) which excepts from discharge any debt arising as the result of a "willful and malicious" injury caused by the debtor.
