This matter comes before the Court on the complaint seeking an exception to the discharge of certain debts pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A) and (a)(4), which was filed by Michael Deady against the debtor, Stuart M. Hanson and his company, Hanson & White, LLC. For the reasons set forth herein, the Court finds that the Creditor has demonstrated that the loans he made for $350,000...
