This matter is before the court on 1720 Entertainment Inc.'s motion to dismiss Rissi Inez Palmer ("debtor") chapter 7 bankruptcy pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(a) and/or 707(b). In the alternative, 1720 seeks to deny the debtor's discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 727(a)(2), 727(a)(4) and 727(a)(5).
