This memorandum deals with a motion for summary judgment filed by the plaintiffs. The plaintiffs contracted with the debtor to build a home, but the debtor never completed it. After contracting with another builder to complete the home, the plaintiffs sued the debtor in state court and obtained a judgment in the amount of $234,030 in actual damages, $468,060 for willful violation of the Tennessee Consumer...
