Jean J. Harrold claims that her son, Nathaniel Raeder (the "Debtor"), owes her $264,193.70. She seeks to have this debt excepted from the Debtor's Chapter 7 discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2), (4), and/or (6), and she requests that the Court deny the Debtor a discharge pursuant to § 727(a)(4).
