This matter comes before the court following trial on the complaint brought by Harris Bank, N.A. On January 23, 2002, Bruce A. Werner ("Werner") transferred his residence at 22460 South 88th Avenue, Frankfort, Illinois (the "Real Property") into tenancy by the entirety.
