MEMORANDUM OPINION

This opinion is in regards to debtor Robert F. Joyce's pro se Motion to Vacate ("Motion") a bankruptcy case which was filed voluntarily in 2003 and as to which Mr. Joyce received a discharge on January 21, 2004.
